Scheduling & confirmation
Once your spa ships, the freight carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery window that works for your schedule.
Curbside freight delivery
Your spa arrives crated on a pallet and is delivered to your driveway or curb by our freight partner.
Inspect on arrival
Look over the crate for any shipping damage and note it before signing. We are a phone call away if anything looks off.
White glove delivery
Skip the heavy lifting. Our white glove service takes your spa from the truck to fully running in your backyard. Available in select service areas, so reach out and we will confirm coverage for your address.
