What to expect on delivery
Every spa ships free with curbside freight delivery. Here is how it works from our factory to your backyard.
Scheduling & confirmation
Once your spa ships, the freight carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery window that works for your schedule.
Curbside freight delivery
Your spa arrives crated on a pallet and is delivered to your driveway or curb by our freight partner.
Inspect on arrival
Look over the crate for any shipping damage and note it before signing. We are a phone call away if anything looks off.
White glove delivery
Skip the heavy lifting. Our white glove service takes your spa from the truck to fully running in your backyard. Available in select service areas, so reach out and we will confirm coverage for your address.

Placement in final spot
We carry and set your spa exactly where you want it.
Unpacking & debris removal
All crating and packaging is removed and hauled away.
Setup & leveling
Your spa is positioned and leveled on your prepared pad.
Electrical hookup coordination
